A different architectural design for each of the three buildings is created in order to provide the best design environment for a landmark community project with a stunningly landscaped central garden area to provide a calm enclave in the heart of the city.

Beverley: A beautiful corner tower is the visual anchor of this property. The design includes custom moulded round bricks, V-shape bay windows, decorative railings and cornices. It replicates the philosophy and feel of the strong presence of the great brick tower. The central portion of the building assumes a change in character that reclaims the industrial look of the area’s earlier stage. Vertical light tiers and large glass areas define the character of the central portion. The north portion elevation changes again to a low rise classic residential building with bay windows and decorative cornices, details that gently echo the established residential neighborhood to the north.


Phoebe: A magnificent group of multi-level townhouses designed with a buff color brick, titanium zinc mansard roofs, metal accents, modern cornices, roof terraces, and landscaped front entrances.


Soho: The Soho Building reflects a new way of living with wide front rooms, 9′ ceilings, and floor to ceiling glass. The exterior facade has enormous expanses of glass framed by dramatic multi-storey brick and metal arches. Arched steel beams encased over the window bays gives the whole building an element of unique character and continuity between old and new materials, old and new architectural languages.


Court Garden: Enclosed by elegant gates it is the biggest private green enclosures in downtown Toronto. All the private patios are defined by green edges in order to create an uninterrupted view of the gardens. A carefully designed fountain moves water from a higher elevation to a lower level creating a peaceful environment, honoring the precious elements of natural form and matter.

The service elevator moving fee rate has been recently increased
from $117 to $130.

All elevators must be reserved in advance prior to the usage of our elevators for moving and/or deliveries.

To reserve the elevator for your building:
1. Check the availability by viewing our calendar. Note that moving elevator cannot be booked on Sundays or Statutory Holidays.
2. Complete and sign the Elevator Reservation Agreement. Please read the terms of the agreement.
3. The fees associated with the usage of the elevator may be found in the agreement.
4. Cheques, certified cheques, money orders, and/or bank drafts (no cash) should be made payable to TSCC1551.
5. Return the completed agreement with your payment for usage and deposit to any one of our concierge desks.

There are two guest suites available to our residents which must be reserved in advance. Smoking is NOT permitted in the guest suite or anywhere in common areas.

To reserve a guest suite:
1. Check the availability by viewing our calendar.
2. Complete and sign the Guest Suite Agreement.
3. The fees associated with the usage of the guest suite may be found in section 2 of the agreement.
4. Cheques, certified cheques, money orders, and/or bank drafts (no cash) should be made payable to TSCC1551.
5. Return the completed agreement with your payment for usage and deposit to any one of our concierge desks.

The party room offers full access to the BBQs and the courtyard.
There is NO SMOKING policy in the Party Room.
